We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Sale items and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
Personal preference or sizing issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original Shipping & Customs Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer are also non-refundable, as these are collected by your local customs authority — not by us.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
