Refund & Return Policies
Please note that returns and exchanges are currently not permitted due to the widespread COVID-19 crisis unless the item is defect.
- All items are carefully inspected before being sent out to the customer, us at Al Karam Qadri will not send any items which are defected or faulty. Our team ensures flexible return and exchange policies in order for you as a customer to enjoy shopping within the comfort of your home.
- If you would like to return your item for whichever reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us direct at the phone numbers provided at Contact Us and your inquiry will be assessed by our team. See below for email format.
- If you would like a refund or exchange, you MUST contact us within 3 days from the day of delivery. Failure to do so will result in an issue of a gift certificate only in the case of item defection.
- You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return the item to us.
- If we DO NOT receive the item(s) within 30 days from the day of delivery, we cannot issue a refund of any kind.
- Items that are on sale or, marked down in price are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable to refund the amount spent on shipping back the item(s) for return/exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to tax and customs law enforcement in Jordan, any item received from abroad is subject to customs ranging from at least USD$8.00 depending on the price of the item being sent back. Please be aware that the tax and customs law in Jordan applies in definite as a fixed rate of either $8.00 or $16.00 depending on the price of the item(s) being returned and any item(s) totalling more than $119.00 will not have a certain fixed customs fee. The value of the customs will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund amount will most probably be in the form of a gift promo code since an uncontrollable customs fee will be induced upon returning the item to us from abroad. Please check the table below:

$25.00+ You will be informed directly by us of the exact amount of customs once the item is delivered to us. This will then be deducted from the refund amount. You will also receive a customs receipt.
Note that in some cases, customs may pass the item to us without any Custom charges; you will be informed by us if this is the case and you will not be charged for any customs. If you are returning more than one item, it is advised to ship them separately to the same address (which we will provide you with by email) to avoid any customs complications.
- On returning the item, we highly recommend you use a reliable and tracked/recorded service, as you will be held responsible for the item until we receive it. We will not be able to offer a refund/exchange of the full amount (excluding delivery) until Al Karam Qadri's team have received the item(s) in a re-sellable condition.
- Refunds will be credited for the amount of the item(s) ONLY.
- We will not issue refunds if we believe that the item has been worn, or has been washed and returned. Our team thoroughly inspects each item before a refund is issued.
- If the item has been returned with fragrance or sprays on them, we cannot issue a refund.
- All items returned must not be worn and put back into the original packaging. The item must be in a re-sellable condition with its tag on.
- Once the item has been returned in a re-sellable condition, we will offer a full refund on the items excluding delivery.
- Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be credited back into your account.
- If you would like to exchange your item, please let our team know and we can issue you with a gift certificate that you can use to purchase a new item.
- Al Karam Qadri is not responsible for any accidentally or intentionally damaged items received on delivery.
- All of the above applies to all local and international purchases except for any purchases within Jordan; customs enforcement laws do not apply.
