Refund policy

  • All items are carefully inspected before being sent out to the customer, we at Al-Karam Qadri will not send any items which are defected or faulty. 
    1. If you would like to return your item for whichever reason, please email us at and your inquiry will be assessed by our team. See below for email format.
    2. If you would like a refund or exchange, you MUST email us within 3 days from the day of delivery. Failure to do so will result in an issue of a gift certificate only in the case of item defection. 
    3. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return the item to us.
    4. If we DO NOT received the item(s) within 30 days from the day of delivery, we cannot issue a refund. 
    5. Items that are on sale or, marked down in price are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 
    6. On returning the item, we highly recommend you use a reliable and tracked/Recorded service, as you will be held responsible for the item until we receive it. We will not be able to offer a refund/exchange of the full amount (excluding delivery) until Al-Karam Qadri's team have received the item(s) in a re-sellable condition. 
    7. PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable to refund the amount spent on the return of the item. 
    8. Refunds will be credited for the amount of the item(s) ONLY. 
    9. We will not issue refunds if we believe that the item has been worn, or has been washed and returned. Our team thoroughly inspects each item before a refund is issued. 
    10. If the item has been returned with fragrance or sprays on them, we cannot issue a refund. 
    11. All items returned must not be worn and put back into the original packaging. The item must be in a re-sellable condition with its tag on.
    12. Once the item has been returned in a re-sellable condition, we will offer a full refund on the items excluding delivery. 
    13. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be credited back into your account. 
    14. If you would like to exchange your item, please let our team know and we can issue you with a gift certificate that you can use to purchase a new item.
    15. Al-Karam Qadri is not responsible for any damaged items received on delivery. 
    16. All of the above applies to all local and international purchases.

  • 2) Include your order number and indicate if you would like exchange as store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
  • 3) In the email you send us please include the order number, contact information, shipping number, and we'll email you the details and address of shipping back our product(s).
